A day at the Saskatchewan Science Centre

Yesterday I happened to stumble across this absolutely stunning video that a visitor made of his trip to the Saskatchewan Science Centre last year. Have a look!

Also, you see that girl with the dark hair and the blue vest? That’s Daya. She’s one of our Science Explorers — one of the staff that helps people interpret what they see on the exhibit floor. Science Explorers also conduct our stage shows — at 3:03 you see her giving the Static Stage Show. Sadly, Daya is leaving the Saskatchewan Science Centre! She’s been with us for four years, has done some great work, but she’s decided it’s time for her to move on and Friday is her last day. Good luck Daya! And please keep in touch.

Stay curious,
Collette

Hey, this is my video! Thanks for sharing it on your blog. My friend Tyler and I have Daya to thank for the awesome tour she gave us. We tried our hands at everything!

Glad you had fun, Luke! Next time you’re in Regina, stop by the offices here and say hi!
